Chris is into Jim Cramer's books right now. His most influential book is "A Road Less Traveled". Steph reads many of Chris' leftovers but prefers books with a lot of pictires. Steph's most influential book was "Way of the Peaceful Warrier".
偶像
You are probably a hero to someone. We believe there are many heroes out there but they are too modest to come out and say so. Steph's childhood hero was Spiderman. Chris' childhood hero was and still is his Dad.
關於我： We are The Somers, Chris and Stephanie. Our story is simple. We met in Queen Village, fell in love in Old City, live in Northern Liberties, and are completely bullish about Philadelphia. ("Bullish" is a word Chris uses a lot. I blame it on watching way too much Mad Money!)
Both of us earned our Real Estate education in the growling belly of Kensington under the El. Quite an experience folks! I think I was one of the only 3 sober people in my class. Chris was a realtor before me and his classroom experience was not as colorful as mine.
Thankfully, we both like what we are doing and do it well together. Our combined and diverse education and our real life experience is what we think sets us apart from a lot of people in the real estate industry. I think that is true for everyone who strives to be the best at what they do. Dont you? Chris is a gifted sales person. He has this amazing ability to negotiate with decency and respect. He finds a peaceful and natural path that satisfies his clients' personal goals. A lot of people are just impressed with their bottom line but from my perspective I see an artist at work in Chris' ability to create the best outcome for his clients. That is not an easy task! Particularly in light of the distinct possibility that the intoxicated guy next to me in real estate class might be out there negotiating the other guy's deal! Any way, I guess that is why we chose a business mantra that says we are committed to "protecting and growing your wealth" through real estate. Sappy? 我想認識： We'd like to meet people who are seekers of balance, hard working but still smiling on most days, inspirational or inspired, creative thinkers that are more or less sane, with a strong affinity for non-violence, and mostly low key. That is probably asking for too much so we'd like to meet people with a couple of the above mentioned character traits especially the non-violent type :)
