The Souls is a four-piece Chicago rock band that plays straight ahead original music and covers in local clubs and restaurants including the Hideout, Reggie’s and the Heartland Cafe. Their influences range from Hendrix, Nirvana and Wilco to Led Zeppelin, Stevie Wonder and the Beatles.Together for more than two years, the band features childhood friends Lane Beckstrom on drums, Andrew Rywak on lead guitar, Brendan Younqquist on bass and Liam Cunningham on guitar, keys and vocals. In 2007, under their former name, “The Jesters,” they released a mini- CD featuring five original songs written collectively. They currently attend high schools in Chicago where several members play in school jazz bands and study at Merit School of Music and the Ravinia Jazz Scholars Program. MYPROFILEPIMP.COM

The new tunes sound really good - your sound has definately evolved from the tracks that you had up as "The Jesters" - more complex instrumentation, better arrangements and things. Keep it up.
