The Soundcasters are a young four piece Maidstone based Indie band. Their songwriting abilities and live performances are exciting. They have a unique 60’s look, style and sound influenced with modern Indie. Their individual tastes in music range from Punk to Jazz and this is reflected in the diversity of their songs. Talented individual musicians combine to make a distinctive sound.
Their style continues to develop with 4 part harmonies and stronger instrumentals. Last year Mike Bennett (The Prodigy, The Stranglers) produced their first EP and in March this year Ben Jones (The Lovedays) will produce their second.
The Soundcasters would like to thank the Sexy Alan Baines (chequered shirt Productions) for building and designing our myspace and logo. As well as thanking Mr Ben Jones (The Lovedays) for his amazing production skills Producing our second EP at Ranscombe Studios (http://www.ranscombe-studios.co.uk).
