Going on 10 years, the Speedway Detectives have been cursed and blessed many times over. Blessed with a reality dividing rhythym section and cursed with constant and crippling technical difficulties, the Detectives barely made it in to the studio to record their award winning 2005 album "A Cause for Concern". Their constant giging and drinking has led them to open for such legendary acts as The Vibrators, Nashville Pussy, Maximum R'n'R, Propaghandi, and many, many others. Their failed attempts to tour have only made them stronger and harder then ever. In late 2007 the band folded for good. ....>
