The Squares are a five piece synth-based rock band from the south suburbs of Chicago. With influences ranging from the Cars and the Police to the Anniversary and Ozma, the Squares have created a unique brand of catchy power pop with a loyal fanbase. After having played shows in and around the Chicago suburbs for three years, the band recently moved to the Champaign area where they have just started playing out this year.
