Broker, licensed since 1977
As a full-time Realtor since 1977, I have worked hard to attain the CRS, SRES, ASP, RRS, and GRI designations which are awarded to the Realtors who meet the strict education, experience and production levels required. The CRS is awarded to only 4% of Realtors in the country and the ASP has an elite membership of only a few thousand. My personal sales volume in 2002 was $9,722,150 and $17,370,200 in 2003, which puts me in the top production ranks in my company since joining Diablo Realty in 1994. This happens in part because I give full-time attention to real estate on behalf of my clients, whether listing, selling or managing their rental properties. Owning a personal residence and rentals of my own gives me the practical knowledge to give you relevant advice and competently handle related issues. I believe my commitment to be a full-time Realtor and continuing my education by obtaining advanced designations gives me a well rounded, full service real estate practice to better serve you.
