Formed in the Summer of 2008, The Standard is all about bringing solid music to the Jackson/Brooklyn area. Consisting of five super-awesome friends, our mission has always been to rock hard and have a blast doing it, no matter what. Whether it's just screwing around at band practice or doing it live at a show, you can always count on us to go at it 110%, and have a few laughs along the way. Our sound? Who knows?! A combination of many different musical tastes and influences, our sound is truly indescribable (well, at least to us). Jackson Area Used Treasure's is a local group formed by four people for a couple different reasons; One, we are trying to help reduce the amount of goods that end up in landfills or on the side of the road. We are able and willing to pick-up anything that you may want to get rid of. Two, Because we know that the economy has taken its toll on everyone we are trying to connect people with stuff that they might need/want for a reasonable price. After all they say, "One persons trash is another person's treasure!" For sales of items we are willing to deliver for only a small fee.
-We are willing to negotiate our prices, and even willing to trade items.
ALL donations are welcome- Electronics,Furniture,odds and ends..etc- Nothing too big or too small is turned away!!
We are not limited to just Jackson, we are also open to areas such as Lansing, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Eaton Rapids, Charlotte, Springport and Marshall just to name a few.
We are just getting this group started so ANY donations are GREATLY appreciated!
