In 2004, Ben and Sam mutual friends decided to start a band in which they would enjoy playing the music they made. Sam then asked mike if he would sing 4 the band. This was a risk which paid off. 1 month later on a train journey to see the Dead 60s Phil was asked to join the band as bassist.Laurie was then soon drafted in as the drummer but on the understanding he wouldn't be around in a years time. Andy Peto, stepped up and took the drumming to a new level! . The Stand Offs are currently looking to get a final gig hopefully at Alexanders because it was there where the story began.

We've got two very Chestery things over the next two days. Tomorrow (Sat 17th March) we're playing Telford's Warehouse for St. Patrick's Day. It's a good excuse for a piss up so make sure you come down if you can.
