The Starkweather Boys are an All-American variety show. Comprised of four different Oklahoma musicians from four different sects of roots music, The Starkweather Boys joined together in 2004 to play the darn heck out of the best styles of American music ever set to acetate. Authentic explosions of Jump Blues, Rockabilly, Quick Two-Steps, Western Swing, Smokehouse Blues, 1940's R&B, Honky Tonk, Guitar Instrumentals, Hillbilly and straight up 50's Rock N' Roll comprise The Boys' high-energy sets.

I really want to thank everybody who came out to my benefit. Couldn't believe the turnout. reminded me of the good ol' days at the bowl when there were shows there all the time with turnouts like that. Made it thru the night but plan on sleeping most of the day after doing 4 sets with 4 different bands, was there basically from about 11:30AM till after 2AM didn't get to bed till around 4. Saw lots of people that I hadn't seen in years. There are still t-shirts for sale and there will be a CD available at the Book Beat, Shilo's(Bloody Ol' Mule) store that have songs from all the bands involved.
On Friday Sept. 25, there will be a Luncheon at 1:00 pm at Tacos Guaymas. Located at 100 N. 36th st in Fremont. http://www.yelp.com/biz/tacos-guaymas-seattle-4 They have good food, reasonable prices, and BEER!!!!!
And if ya feel like ya dont' wanna be stuck at a table with a bunch of other people trying to figure out your share of the check? Good news! you go order your own food and drinks at the counter, pay, and they bring it to you! So much easier than a party of 20-40 wheeeeeeeeee
*I'm pretty sure LEON, (the Dr. ) from Shake the Shack Radio show will be there!!!!! Come meet some new folks, maybe some bands, etc!!!! it's always a great time!
