The Steamrollers collectively offer decades of diverse experience on the St. Louis music scene. For years, the Steamroller Blues Band wowed audiences at Soulard hotspots such as the 1860’s Saloon. Formerly of the SBB, guitarist Pete Manoff and drummer/singer Chris LeTrello carry forward their rich blues tradition with the Steamrollers. Greg Blank (bass, vocals) spent over ten years playing 60’s rock as a founding member of The Unexpected. Julie Blank (vocals, keys) joined Greg in The Unexpected and they continued in Safe at Home, a country/folk experiment, before joining forces and blending styles with Pete and Chris to form The Steamrollers in 2007. With a repertoire ranging from Bonnie Raitt to Rickie Lee Jones, from Popa Chubby to the Blues Brothers, and from Aretha Franklin to Tab Benoit, The SteamRollers are a unique and dynamic musical experience.
