The Stereo 70s was formed on early february 2006 by the original four members of the band(Ihsan/Vocalist/Guitarist),(Beng/Lead Guitar),(Hareez/Bass) and (ijam/Drums).These four guys have the same taste of music and attitude.Not long after that,The Stereo 70s plan to find another guitarist for the band,because Ihsan did not want to play the guitar anymore,that is when we met (Man/Rhythm Guitar)to play the guitar for the band.We invited him to jam with us and we thought that he was pretty good playing the guitar and he also got the attitude,so we decided to take him as the 2nd guitarist for the band.After that,the five of us started jamming together as a band.Not long after that,our rhythm guitarist (Man)had to leave to band to further his studies etc.So we decided to take a new rhythm guitarist into our band.That's when we found (loqueman),our rhythm guitarist.So we decided to take him as our new guitarist for our band.After jamming together as a band,we met (ejat/tomburine) at the studio.That's when we took him to play the tomburine for our band =D...
Our first single for the band was called 'Melankolik Chenta 70an'.The song was written by Ihsan and the music was done by Beng,Hareez,Man and Nizzam.On 1st of May,The Stereo 70s released their first promo called 'Melankolik Chenta 70an'.The promo includes 3 songs in it.The first song is 'Melankolik Chenta 70an',the second song is 'puTHREE' and the last song is 'Retro Chenta Luka'.These three songs was originally written by the band itself.
