The music of Ray Kool, Jr. & The StereoCratic Party is made by ME, Ray Kainz, (visit my personal profile and add me as a friend!) I am a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist and award winning bowler. When I'm not rocking with Chicago's premier folk-goth band KAZY or recording with power-pop sensation Joy Focus I retreat into the H.E.A.R. compound, my personal studio which stands for Highly Evolved Artistic Recording (i came up with that all by myself...damn i'm kool!) and write and record the koolest alt-prog-pop you've ever heard. These tunes just come to me. I don't even try. Some people learn it on the streets, some learn it in the schools but me along with JB and KG were freakin' born with it holmes. They swooped in, monitored my progress and encouraged me to continue....so I shall.
