THE STONEAGE HEARTS began as a powerpop three piece with DANNY MCDONALD
(P76/JERICHO), IAN WETTENHALL (PHILISTEINS/SEMINAL RATS/HANDS OF TIME/FREELOADERS) and MICKSTER (FINKERS/CRUSADERS/PYRAMIDIACS). In 2002 they released their debut album "TURN ON" for Mickster's OFF THE HIP label, with 2 x 7"s singles following closely behind for French and Spanish labels respectively. Shortly afterwards Danny left to pursue a solo career at which
point Dom Mariani (STEMS/DMS/SOMELOVES/STONEFISH) stepped in. This new lineup recorded 2004's "Guilty as Sin" CD, again for OFF THE HIP but also an American release appeared on the BOMP subsidiary label ALIVE RECORDS on green vinyl LP and cd.
Dom Mariani - guitar/vocals
Ian Wettenhall - bass/vocas
Mickster - drums
