   About The Stone Bunnies
In a lair in Glendale, the Stone Bunnies have developed an eclectic mix of rock covers and fun originals..

The Stone Bunnies were formed from the garage of Matt Warman in the summer of 2005. Matt had built a stage in his garage, and needed a band to fill it. He and singer Scott Gelder started rehearsing and the first gig was a surprise birthday party for Laura Morgan. The guys learned 18 songs in six weeks. Songs of different styles and genres included The Violent Femmes, John Denver, Rick James and Pink Floyd. Sheila Warman sang "Vacation" by the Go-Gos. The party went went well, but a band is not just a singer and a guitar/bass player. Jeff Hudson was recruited as a bass player, and he also brought an attic full of equipment. A PA, mixer, and effects pedals were some of the technology the Stone Bunnies now enjoy. This time the band learned 18 songs in 6 weeks for a Holiday show. The beginning of 2006 saw the bunnies get their drummer, one Scott Morgan. The band was finally set. This time, we took 8 weeks to learn 23 new songs for benefit concert in March. The show rocked historic Glendale Town Hall. What's next for the Bunnies? The Bunnies returned in October to the Town Hall with a semi full of lights for a rockin' Halloween party. Check out the pics! A new player has been added to the Band. Charles Flatt, noted Violinist is playing violin and guitar for the band!
