practical help on how to live an obedient lifestyle has been all but
non-existent…Until NOW! NOTE: We will continue our verse-by-verse study of Romans on Sunday mornings at 9AM and 11AM (with Children’s ministry). SEX… GOD CREATED IT…YET NO PASTOR WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IT! We
are calling all singles and married couples to join us as we unpack
God’s Word on Sunday nights seeking to build strong marriages that
survive a lifetime AND build Godly relationships with singles, widows
and divorcees of the opposite sex. Each week as we study God’s Word on
Sunday nights, there will be something practical for any believer who
is seeking to become a disciple of Jesus. The service will be
quite unique and feature a 30-minute open Q and A session after each
service. Of course, we will have great worship as we meet Jesus in
Spirit and in Truth. I love you ALL in our Lord Jesus and look forward to seeing you all this Sunday at 9 or 11am!

THE MOST POWERFUL FORCES WITHIN EACH OF US IS OUR SPIRITUALITY AND SEXUALITY!
They are connected and affect our lives in huge ways, ultimately defining who we believe we are…and remember perception is 99% reality.
Our spirituality should control our sexuality, BUT…because we don’t talk about our sexuality in church…it corrupts, distorts and often destroys our spiritual relationship with God. (Example: We sin sexually and hide or run from God, some for life!…Or we want nothing to do with God because we know He would tell us to stop what we REALLY enjoy.) The power of physical sex and the power of our hormones, often called “lust of the flesh” in the Bible, wrecks havoc with our relationship with God, especially if we don’t understand the interactions of sexuality and spirituality!
So we are going to talk about it at SDBC tomorrow night from 7-9pm with a special open Q and A from 9-10pm.
Right behind Love, money and faith, we find sex everywhere in the Bible so why don’t we talk about it in church? I’ll be giving my opinion tomorrow night.
SADLY, I’M CONVINCED THE #1 REASON PEOPLE WALK AWAY FROM GOD OR CHURCH FELLOWSHIP is some form of sexual sin.

cool, i'll let him know for sure. he really doesn't have Saturdays off, but after the 16th of this month, he'll be able to come home a bit more often and maybe decide to take a Saturday off. He's a Senior drill instructor, so he's above his 3 other drill instructors, so sometimes, if they're really isn't anything for him to do, he can come home. you know its funny, i was never much into jiu jitsu, mma or anything like that, let alone watching UFC, but i kinda started watching it with him, and he'd tell me "oh, he's doing this move" or "he's doing that move" and i was like "Ohhhh!" i know find it pretty cool. =P (not too mention that they're some CUTE UFC fighters!) LOL
