The Sugarmill is a live music venue and night club that has been open since 1994
We host club nights on Fridays and Saturdays, where access to a Second Room and Rooftop Bar (where smoking is permitted) expands the capacity to a far greater amount
We've hosted literally hundreds and hundreds of bands many of whom have gone on to massive success: Coldplay, Muse, Stereophonics, The Kooks, Funeral For A Friend, Snow Patrol, Maximo Park, Kasabian, The Fratellis, Biffy Clyro, The Enemy, Trivium, Elbow, We Are Scientists, Editors and The Libertines being just a few examples

We actively promote the local band scene and also try and bring some of the bigger names back to the city to play at The Victoria Hall and Keele University
All gigs are open to over 14's unless otherwise stated
Please help us to keep our shows open to over 14's by carrying ID if you wish to buy alcoholic drinks on both gig and club nights
