I leave Vancouver and I find I have an excuse for bars to hire me cause I'll only be there for one day...and in Vancouver nobody (except Geoff Berner) sez 'hey man, wanna play a good show and make some money?' So you have to create opportunities and that costs money too...tough town man, you gotta burn shit down before people stop and look at you...joe
