Formé en 2004 autour du guitariste-chanteur Gregg M, The Sunchase a vécu différentes incarnations au fil des années, naviguant dans un registre à la fois puissant et intimiste. Allant de Radiohead à Metallica et de Tom McRae à Alice In Chains, les influences du groupe sont particulièrement larges et les compositions s'en ressentent : Tantôt acoustiques et feutrées, tantôt rageuses et pesantes, elles explorent les limites de la pop et du rock pour affirmer leur identité propre. Sur scène, le combo privilégie l'instant et l'émotion, proposant des concerts intenses où les chansons sont réinventées soir après soir. Après l'enregistrement d'un premier album au studio CBE, « Myriads Of Lives », The Sunchase élargit son répertoire, compose, travaille, expérimente et songe déjà à la suite. --------- Formed in 2004 by Gregg M, The Sunchase keeps reinventing itself throughout the years, pushing the boundaries between power and softness. From Radiohead to Metallica, Tom McRae to Alice In Chains, the band's influences are as wide as possible and the songs benefit from that: Acoustic and cozy, raging and heavy, they explore the rock/pop areas to gain their identity. The concerts are the opportunity to focus on the moment, on the 'now', and the songs are reinvented with intensity night after night. Now 'Myriads Of Lives', recorded a while ago in the Studio CBE, is out, The Sunchase is already looking for its new incarnation. -
