The ever changing lineup of band members. This list consists of every band member that has played a show with us, there are a few more people that have played with us as well, but I figured it would be in everyone's best interest to keep the list short. So in order of appearance here is everyone that has contributed to the band... even if it was just for one show.

About The Super Pineapples rock the Tropic Thunder
The Super Pineapples were formed in 1998... 1999. We are based out of Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Freemont CA. We've had a total of 20 or so members, just call us the ska version of Spinal Tap.
We have once again re-formed with a few new members, this has happened quote a few times. Santa Cruz is a tough place to find musicians so we've had to search for over a year before finding a replacement, but it's all paid off!!! We now have the best line up that we've ever had. Expect that same great Ska/Punk sound, we don't plan to play emo or any other music that Ska bands change to when they run out of ideas, we just don't plan on running out of ideas! We have 6 new songs and are working on 6 more for the new album, we'll also re-record 2-4 older songs for this album.
We are also going to be releasing a kind of documentary DVD/Blu-Ray as well. This will include the entire process we go through when we write a song. It will start out with us coming up with ideas at band practice and move right on through mastering the album. I personally LOVE when bands document the recording process so expect to see a lot of cool stuff. I will be recording this from the perspective of what a fan would want to see, none of this little 5 minute shit here and there in the studio. There will be as much video on this as I can fit on a DVD, the Blu-Ray version will probably have more too. This will also be shot in HD.
Let us know if you have anything that you want to be on the DVD/Blu-Ray and I'll see if I can include it.
Howdy. Geoff Brown checking in (old Trombone player for the bands page you are currently on).
Just wanted to say what a joy it is to look back on all the good times. Thank you so much to all the fans that we have had over the years, and to our new fans that will be fans for years to come. Hopefully you will all be hearing some pretty bitchin' new music from us very soon. But until then, rock on.
