Anna and Kath met high in the Western Ranges whilst lassoing wild brumbies, and were surprised to discover they had their stirrups driving the same cowboy. A swift bar brawl settled this. They made up over a bottle of hard bourbon and a long lament around the saloon piano, only to discover they could sing in perfect harmony. The rest is history. They now saddle up as a team with a booty of ukuleles, stomp boxes, tambourines and acoustic guitars, and together they serenade the lonely hearts of Australia's East Coast. The Swingin' Cowgirls are fast becoming known for their cheeky lyrics, upbeat energy, not to mention a wit as fast as a high noon showdown. Their beautifully blended vocals stir a generous pot of musical Gumbo. You can count on your Swingin' Cowgirl experience to fill your boots with a decent portion of storytelling, rhythm and soul.
