We are all veterans of the Kauai music scene and individually have played with some of the best bands from the Island including The Shakers, The Blond Boys, SurfJones, The Blue Shadows, Swamp Daddy and more! Mahalo to all the surf/instro bands that have influenced us by writing the great songs that we get to cover.

The TakeOffs are currently performing every Sunday evening at: 'The Point' Terrace on the ocean lawn at the Sheraton Kauai Resort in Poipu Beach Kauai (www.sheraton-kauai.com/flavorsmusic.htm) 6:30-9:30pm and can also be seen at various Kauai night spots like The Small Town Coffee Co. and Shaka Tacos in Kapa'a, The Tahiti Nui in Hanalei, Trees Lounge in Wailua as well as special events like surf legend Woody Brown's movie premeire 'Of Wind And Waves: The Life Of Woody Brown' @The Grand Hyatt Resort Kauai and The Koloa Plantaion Days' Sunset Ho'o lau'lea (block party) at The Sheraton Kauai Resort.
