The Tea Spot is a place to buy great loose tea. The aim is to get the UK drinking great teas again that aren't in a horrible bag. Started in Glasgow last year after being inspired in Vancouver and haven't looked back. There's a range different loose teas, herbal, black, blended and green. All are specially blended balancing tradition with innovation so everyone who loves tea can get the best out of their cuppa.

If life gets too crazy, simply put your hand in front of your face (palm facing you) and ask yourself, what do you see? You reply, “the palm of my hand.”
Anything else you do not see (the other side or outside of your hand) are life's issues you cannot worry about. Only the ones that are in front of you.
Handle one problem at a time. The rest of it (on the other side of your hand) doesn't matter because they are not your problems to solve.

i took a cup of silence to bed. i was gonna get up again to do my teeth but its potent stuff. i was morbidly relaxed. amazing. i'll be sure to do my teeth before sipping silence tonight.
