After racing up and down the track, back and forth and back again, long-time music maestros Taylor Nelson (guitarist in MAYTAG) and Jordan Herschaft (drummer, producer) have finally trimmed their sound down to its bare essentials. Nelson digs into four strings to do the work of two men. He pushes stereo powered cabinets, creating a wall of sound most profound. Herschaft's jazz background has gone over to the wrong side of the tracks; he plays as hard and fast as he possibly can. The result is a train wreck of speed and adrenaline that just might run you over. This core concept of THE TENS is modern music in its most refined incarnation: melody and rhythm, a two piece monster, a bass & drum situation.
Now imagine pouring in the skronk of a Louie D sax, and you've got a monster on wheels, car-crushing, diesel-burning, killing machine... THE TENS on TOUR...
