The Third Fret Coffee House is quickly becoming the perfect Cape Cod venue to see the best nationally touring songwriters in the country. In Just two years, we have hosted concerts featuring some great artists including, Sloan Wainwright, Pierce Pettis, Mark Erelli, Cliff Eberhart, and Ellis Paul to name just a few.
Our seating capacity is 120, we serve coffee, tea and home baked goodies. We usually host one concert a month (Sept.-May), doors open at 7 and the shows begin at 7.30.
Directions
From the Sagamore Bridge: Go on Rte 6 heading towards Provincetown, take exit 5. Bear right off the exit, at the next fork go right again, that is Rte 149. Stay on 149 till the roundabout, go straight across, stay on 149 for about a mile and a half, you will come to a stop sign with a four way stop.
The fire station is on the left, take that left,it is called Lovell's Lane, go up the hill and take the next right, that is Main Street, Marstons Mills, we are about five buildings up on the right, LIBERTY HALL
From Mashpee or Woods Hole, take 28 or 151 to the Mashpee Rotary and follow 28 towards Hyannis. After you go through the two sets of lights in Cotuit, 149 will be your next big left as you go down a hill. Take the left onto to 149. When you see a split in the road, and the Cash Market is on your left in front , take the side street up the hill to the right, we are next to THE MARSTONS MILLS LIBRARY.
From Lower Cape: Take the highway to exit 5 when you come off the exit go left, bear right at the fork, that is 149, stay on 149 till roundabout ,and keep on 149 straight across. When you come to the four way stop, the fire station is on your left, go left there, onto Lovell's Lane, then go up the hill and turn right at the next street. You will be on Main Street, Marstons Mills, we are about five buildings up on the right in Liberty Hall.

Since you guys are down on the cape I have stuff in the shows at Cape Cod Art Association (Barnstable - first prize in photography) and Cultural Center of Cape Cod (S. Yarmouth - another juried show) too.
