There are many problems facing the music industry concerning consumers pirating songs through peer to peer networks:
* Those who trade through these devices do not believe or perceive what they are doing is wrong; so they will fight to change any current legal grounds our industry has to stand on.
* Furthermore, because MP3s are as good as they are in sound quality, consumers in most cases can’t tell a difference between their downloaded MP3 and the original CD version (except that the downloaded MP3 is FREE).
Our new and patented web based technology provides the music industry user an opportunity to become a part of the peer to peer networks and make ALL new releases available through ALL of the peer to peer networks in MP3 format. It provides a commercialized version of the “soon-to-be-released” song by making commercial embedded versions of the new release (& only the commercial embedded version) available to all of the peer to peer networks prior to any other unembedded version of the song being available. Additionally, electronic coupons for these advertised services or products can be mentioned to the consumer in the advertisement providing them the opportunity to burn the embedded mp3 they just downloaded onto a CD-R and bring it to the participating retailer/advertiser for a substantial discount off the regular retail price. This provides an excellent promotional opportunity for the advertiser by exemplifying demographically specific promotion directly to the user of their product. This provides advertisers a 200 Million, demographically specific audience. THE NUMBERS ARE BETTER THAN PRIME TIME NETWORK TELEVISION!
The infiltration occurs through a massive network system which culminates a continuos repetitive implementation of the embedded MP3s at a centralized location and occurs prior to any radio release so NO OTHER DOWNLOAD OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE. Participating Record Labels and advertisers have the ability to provide the embedded MP3 through a simple Internet based upload facility where we will retrieve the MP3 and make it immediately available. Or, as an option to the record labels, we can embed our advertisers spots into their selected release. When the new song hits the radio and starts to gain popularity, peer to peer users will run their search and will unknowingly find the embedded commercial MP3 versions of the song because these versions are available from us before they are available anywhere else. Whenever you are not using the phone, it plays a rotation of advertisements (like a screen saver) geared specifically towards your interests, location and needs. The advertisers pay for the right to broadcast these adverisements and that is what pays for your TMR Cellular Phone Service.

TMR Records does not sign Artist Deals. Instead, TMR Records signs Artists to non-exclusive Song Deals. The Artists can maintain a non-exclusive relationship with TMR and still work on other Artist Ventures and opportunities.
All Artists get the same deal. TMR Records pays for the production of the song. The Artist gets 10% of net sales without recoup. There are no advances, there are no addtional funds for the artist. This keeps costs down and lowers risk to a minimum. The Artist allows TMR all rights to use their likeness and images for the sale of the song and associated merchandise. TMR Records exclusively holds all worldwide recording rights to that song, forever. TMR Records only sells Digitally Distributed Media. All other physical products are merchandise only (I.E. T-Shirts, Hats, Etc.) and only available online at the TMR Records' Artist Website.

We have created a method to attach all payee information to the header of any media file that is sold through digital distribution. This allows the administator of the song, during the mastering process, to attach all payee percentages and accounting information to the file.
Each time the song gets downloaded, it pings these payee percentages to our servers which collects the payment information, dynamically updates the royalties of that payee and dynamically pays each payee from the point of sale in realtime.
This technology eliminates the need for accounting, administration and distribution of royalties as each payee has the ability to withdraw their earnings at anytime by direct deposit to their bank account.
By 2009, Dynamic Royalty Distibution direct to payee bank accounts will occur in realtime from the point of sale for a small monthly fee without the need of withdrawing funds from the administrative servers.
