About The Trade

As has happened many times before for many other bands, they split and new ones are formed! In the case of the members of 'The Trade' this happened and never was there a bigger blessing! 5 guys from different backgrounds of work, music and play were all called to for a band to 'give it a go'! Why dream and wait, just try to make it happen! Drums - Bobo Martin Lead Guitar - Craig Murray 2nd Guitar - Liam Moir Bass - Drew McLaren Vocals - Ross Milne We have known each other for years off and on. We all knew each other could play, or at least liked to make a sound. When we got together we had decided it was time to see what we could do and within the space of 4 months meeting once a week we had enough tracks to record our first album, Empire! Everything just seemed to click! It's not often that there is so much commitment and enthusiasm from all members of a band... we just love making music!
