I am a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Coach
Currently i am a Football coach at Eisenhower High School in Blue Island, IL. (ASEP certified)
I also am Currently a Senior at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. I major in Kinesiology and Sports Studies (KSS) with a concentration in Exercise Science.
At EIU i work for Campus Recreation as a team sports supervisor for the intramural department.
