KARATE-JUJITSU-MMA

We teach Evolution Style Kenpo, which is an adaptive style of Kenpo that incorporates Kenpo Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo Karate, Judo and Jujitsu.
Our classes are designed to teach a student self-defense and fighting skills. Once a studen, you will learn self-defense, confidence, teamwork and increase your fitness level.

KIDS & TEENS MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM

Our Kids and Teen Martial Arts Program is a unique mixture of Self-Defense, Karate and Jujitsu. Instead of focusing directly on fighting, the program is geared toward protection and discipline. Also, there's a greater emphasis on the basics. This will prepare the Kids one day to integrate with the Teen class. And... the Teen class will prepare a student to one day integrate with the Adult class.

Who I'd like to meet:

1. Someone who is looking for a challenge. So many times, you create yourself a workout and you do it. But, you just don't know if you're really challenging your body to its fullest potential. Or, you just want someone else to push you as hard as you can go.

2. Someone who works out at the gym but just doesn't ever see any progress. It's true. We've seen people who are on that treadmill, elliptical or stepper all the time, day in and day out, hour upon hour. And, what results do they see? None!

3. Someone who joined a gym, worked out a little, got fed up and wasted money on a year membership for nothing. Many people fall into the trap that all they need to do is join a gym and they'll get a great workout and lose a little weight. But, some just don't have the in-depth knowledge on what to do. More and more memberships are a waste of money because members just don't know what to do next. You could pay a personal trainer on top of your membership, but that's expensive. You could educate yourself, but what really works?

4. Someone who wants to be apart of a group. Most people like to workout in groups. It helps them work harder. It gives them a chance to encourage each other. It gives them a reason to stick with it. Workouts are no longer lonely sessions only accompanied by your thoughts and loud music coming from your iPod.
