About The Transition

The Transition has spent more time on the road than in their home town of Vancouver, BC. In less than a year, The Transition has done 2 western Canadian tours and 3 tours of duty on the east coast, sharing the stage with such bands as The Brown Brigade, Gob, Sick City and countless others. Their first release, “Resolve” is out now on indie label Spawner Records.
