   About The Triceratops
Our new record "Versus the K-T Boundary" is hand printed and stamped in a Birmingham compound of productivity. It is our first studio release with 11 tracks of studio struggle. It is teaming with potential energy. It is perfect for certain times of the day including: morning coffee, "wake-up" alarm clock cd selection, long drive home from work, on the way to birthday party for cousin, driving toward the striped sun in late winter, etc. You can pick up a copy at any of our shows or contact any of the band members. The Triceratops move as a speckled pony climbs across a lantern-lit night horizon toward dawn, and as a bellowing pawn falls to the angst of a tyrant’s sword. The Triceratops glow like an indentured nightingale urges onward her love toward sure irreversible death and anguish, and as a lamenting wrinkled husband curls for the first night alone in his startlingly vast bed and slides his weak legs across under the blanket to find that after all these years, he is as a child again, alone. The Triceratops is a moving vibrant unit; a closed captioned performance of Spirit and Song. A prince, as a soldier, laughs at the wages of the working poor, and The Triceratops bends and breaks the frontiers of modern perspectives. We perform/compose/arrange music. We play pianos, violins, trumpets, guitars, drums. We sing in concert. We move with the wind of sound. We break and tread with the torrents of narcissistic satisfaction. We pay for what we take. We lay where we lie. We are born. We are alive. We will fail. We will try.

note to self and others: don't slice josh open just to look at his wires. he may be a beta unit but he still has feelings. and the universe is at stake.

Stewart,
Your churchly language leads me to believe you are a scholar and a nobleman. Rightly so. I am eager to book a spring tour and Alabama is a long way away. Exactly how far would you reckon your hometown is from Chicago? Doubt I can make it out that far. Who knows! Do consider me a compatriate in your endeavors, and consider this small message an extension of my overall goodwill toward you and yours. Video of perfomances in which I participate is always welcome and juicily devoured. Do let me in on how I can view/obtain.

Somewhat Narcissistic Cheers,
Ben

are you all from chicago or do you just visit chicago? and weren't the fellows in the beach picture at the house show i played in chicago back in July? i want to play a show with you guys on my spring tour, but i can't figure out where the F you're from.

respect!

you folks were absolutely wonderful the other night! thanks for coming out and playing with us. it'd be great to do it again sometime. but seriously, next time we'll have to do it at a venue where the audience does not have to walk through the band to get to the restroom. still, it was a hilarious situation. good story for the grandchildren, if you know what i mean...
