TheTrueMaverick is a solo project of Seiya "Maverick" Ogino (TheTrueMaverick) which was officially born sometime in 2006 to participate in the musical scene in a different form, and to spread music of his own.

"Impromptu Op.90-4" - Originally composed by Franz Schubert. Was recorded at Piano Solo Concert on the May 14th, 2000. The song can be found on the demo-compilation album called "Heidra Rabu".
"Variation Etude" - Originally composed by Yoshinao Nakata. Was recorded at the Final Round of The 18th Shiga Piano Competition on the Feb 6th, 2000. Received the 4th award. The song can be found on the demo-compilation album called "Heidra Rabu".
Quick Biography:
Maverick originally started to participate in music based on Classical sometime in 1991 primarily because of his father. As he now has over 17 years of experience, he has mainly been performing and re-arraging the already existing masterpieces of the Classical scene from Chopin to Raghmaninoff, with a little bit of composing. Previously he also has victoriously completed a few piano competitions, supported local musical acts in his area and occasionally finds himself supporting session acts he finds worthwhile regardless of musical genres or distance.
As the years passed by, the musical point of view and life surroundings have changed, thus Maverick decided to compose more music of his own in some darker form through which he can express his emotions and life more effectively. Since then Maverick participates, performs and composes music under the name of TheTrueMaverick, musically based on Ambient and Experimental with huge influences of Classical and (Doom) Black Metal.
