III - Lord of Vermin
Since
2003 the battleship „Svartkraft” navigates in shallow watersbut
the third charge will be fired into the big sea.
The
wide-ranging “Lord of Vermin” represents a distinct improvement compared to
both of the previous releases.
This
powerful recording offers in more than 50min total playtimea
mixture of suicide dangered music where aggressive and calming
parts hand around the blade.
Hateful Black Metal vocals and those wasted-away singing of a forlorn creature,
flock together to a well-thought-out concept.
If
a comparison is needed there might be some parts that remind of the compositions
of old Darkthrone.
SVARTKRAFT is a solo undertaking of Godslayer
Vassago (a.k.a.'Narqath'), known for his affiliations with Hellkult, Wyrd,
Azaghal, Calm, Valar.
In early 2007 JL Nokturnal from
Wyrd/Azaghal joined Svartkraft as drummer for the third album called III- Lord
of Vermin.
