About The Tupelo Incident

The Tupelo Incident formed in 2004 with the intention of bringing rock n roll to the wilderness of Belfast. Comprising Paul on guitars and vocals, James (bass) and Steven (drums) they bring the ferocious intensity of The Stooges together with the style of Elvis, had he been a member of The Velvet Underground. Drop dead gorgeous melodies soar over feedback squalls and pounding drums, married to basslines that will hit you where it hurts. Taking their cue from the likes of Queens of the Stoneage, The Tupelo Incident make music to move your heart, your soul and your ass! We make tunes to dance to, tunes to love to and tunes to fight to. We will overturn the tables of schmindie with righteous fury! Is it your birthday baby...? No...? Then it must just be your lucky day...
