    The band recently signed with London based record label 208 Records © in March 2012. Mix up 60s mod, 70's post punk and 90s indie. Imagine The Jam with Jonny Marr on Guitar. The Unsung Heroes signed to independent record label 208 Records in March 2012, releasing their debut single That's Reality on April 5. The single has achieved airplay nationally featuring on North Manchester FM and All FM along with many regional Stations. The single was entered into International Independent Charts peaking at No. 4 globally. The Band are currently working on their debut album "The English Kind" which is for set release on 208 Records late 2012. The band attracted much favourable attention early on, being compared to fellow indie bands The Smiths, Joy Division, and The Rifles.
