My name is Jeannie Glisson. I
started in Law Enforcement in 1991 as a Dispatcher in Corning, Ar.
My son Chad was an Officer
with the same Dept. We both changed jobs and came to Pocahontas Police Dept.
He became the Dare Instructor
and later became Chief of Police.
I worked Dispatch and Jail
till 9-1-1 came in effect at this time I became a 911 Dispatcher a position I
still hold.
My son Randy is also a
Pocahontas City Officer. Randy and Chad's Father was a Policeman in Calif in the
70's.
I have the up most Respect for
all our emergency personnel. Many have become family to me.
