About me:
Are you a singer/songwriter looking for a place to share your work? Do you write poetry, dance, play an instrument, or have some other talent that you want the world to know about? Are you just looking for a place to hang out on the weekends that's different from the typical party scene? Wanna play some board games? Eat some free food? Get high on caffeine and good times? Then the Upper Room Coffeehouse is for you!
We host a Coffeehouse and Open Mic Nite every other Friday night at 10pm at the Upper Room on Calder Lane in State College. Anyone is welcome to come and hang out or sign up to perform. If you are interested in performing, you can contact Phil Miller at pmiller2911@hotmail.com, or simply show up with a guitar, keyboard, camcorder, canvas, sheet of poetry, or whathaveyou. Or just come hang out. We're pretty cool, not going to lie--and our pad rocks. A typical attendance, btw, ranges anywhere from twenty-five to one hundred and twenty five. Welcome to the party!
