About me: The Uprising is the student ministry of Pinon Hills Community Church. The student ministry works with students in the Farmington area that are in middle school through college age. The Uprising seeks to make Christ known to every student within 150 miles of Farmington and increase their depth of understanding of Christ. We seek to do this through Outreach, Discipleship, Service and Adventure. And above all we will have fun doing everything we do because if we truly believe Jesus is the most dynamic person to walk the face of the earth...then we also believe it is a sin to bore a kid with the gospel!
i agree with the small pink casey we need more concerts more punk concerts and bring ilia back and the last hope and flatfoot 56 ooh ooh ooh lets have every band thats ever played here and have one giant all day concert yes good idea lets get started
Okay, what if, for a worship team name, we go for something that plays off of a famous, secular band name: HYMN...you know, like a church hymn? No? Okay, how about something simple...like Church...
dude Kris! I can't wait for tomorrow! Thats going to be really sweet.. Everyone is going to be like, "who is that guy?" and were guna be like "the coolest guy you'll ever meet" hahaha
okay so i'm prolly gunna sound really stoopid for sayin this but i don't care! i thought of a really awesome name for the worship band!! ......windshield factor......
so the story behind this is that when you are driving in yur car and you see the little thing on yur mirror that gives the temperature, it looks like it is freezing. but oh wait...thats only the windshield factor. when your actually steppin outside to see wat it's really like, instead of just believin the thing then you would know what it really feels like outside. we want to be the windshield factor that sort of tells it how it is, but we want them to see for themselves by experiancing Gods love!
