The Vegas Report began not too long ago as more of an idea of music than as music itself. Members Joshua Schanck, Michael Bannon and Gage Norris believed in the ability to capture in song the essence of common human experiences, not just lyrically, but in the actual sonic demeanor of their music. Developing an original sound that has straddled genres and demographics—The Vegas Report focuses on the shared intangible subtleties of life to provide songs that range from expansive and contemplative to raw and powerful.
As the band grows beyond its beginnings in the New Hampshire seacoast, they offer performances that are unique, introspective, exciting and growing in popularity and attention. Their debut EP, “Vignettes,” provides a glimpse of what they have been able to accomplish on stage and also what they will accomplish in the future.
