All rates are per person, per academic year (beginning Fall, 2008). Rental rates include rent, heat, hot water, air-conditioning, electricity, cable and high-speed internet.

*The vast majority of apartments are configured in the four-bedroom floor plan. Availability of one and two-bedroom suites is extremely limited.

When will College Suites be open?
The Village College Suites will be open fall 2008.
When are the model apartments open for a tour?
Model apartments are available and open for tours from Monday – Friday, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Can I still tour the model apartments if I am unable to make it during the scheduled hours?

What are the benefits of living on campus at The Village College Suites?
The Village College Suites is a brand new state of the art student housing community that offers convenience, security, and amenities. When you live at College Suites, you’ll be just steps from your classes. You’ll save on gas. You’ll have your own private fitness center. And, all your utilities, cable, internet, (both wired and Wi-Fi) are included. You will also be able to take advantage of the café, and laundry facilities located on site. You’ll make lots of new friends and you’ll be making history – as part of the first group of students to live on campus.
How do I get my name on the College Suites housing list?
You name will be placed on the housing list, on a first come first serve basis, when we receive your application and security deposit/administrative fee, in the amount of $275. Applications are available on our website at www.nccollegesuites.com/apply/application.asp and can be submitted by mail with a check or you can also completed the online application and pay with a credit card.
What is the next step after I submit my application and deposit?
You will receive a Student Housing License/Occupancy Agreement and the Housing Preference Information form to complete and return to us. You will also receive information about your room assignment, roommate(s), and move-in date later in the summer.
Is my deposit refundable?
The security deposit / administrative fee is $275, of which $200 is refundable. You must submit a refund request in writing to be considered for a refund, and must be requested 60 days prior to your scheduled move-in date. Please refer to the Security Deposit/Administrative Fee Policy for additional information.
What is the housing payment schedule?
Housing payments are billed prior to each semester. For the fall semester, 50% of the semester payment is billed on or before July 1, payable upon receipt and due by August 1. The 50% balance is billed on or before September 15, payable upon receipt and due by October 15. For the spring semester, 50% of the semester payment is billed on or before November 10, payable upon receipt and due by December 10. The 50% balance is billed on or before January 10, payable upon receipt and due by February 10. You may choose to pay 100% of the housing bill instead of the 4 payments. The amount of each payment is based on the suite type selected.
Will Financial Aid cover my housing cost?
The first step in finding out if financial aid will cover your housing cost is to apply by completing the FAFSA form and submitting it as soon as possible. You should follow up with the Financial Aid office at NCCC in person or by calling 716-614-6202. You can also get more information, detailed instructions, and tips for financial management for students and other aid options by visiting NCCC website at www.niagaracc.suny.edu/admission/finaid.html.
Can I choose the people I room with?
Yes. You and your selected roommates will need to indicate your selection on the apartment application form. After we receive your application and deposit, you will receive a Student Housing License/Occupancy Agreement and the Housing Preference Information where you will also indicated your roommates selection.
Can I contact my roommate before I move in?
You will receive roommate information as part of your confirmation letter. This letter will also indicate your scheduled move in date, and room assignment.
What should I bring?
All apartments are completely furnished. Each bedroom comes equipped with a standard twin mattress with a boxed bed frame, desk, desk chair, dresser, small wardrobe closet, and window blinds. You should bring personal items such as bed linens, towels, cooking utensils, iron, alarm clock, computer, etc…
Who will clean my apartment?
Residents are responsible for providing cleaning supplies, as well as keeping the apartment and their bedroom clean.
