Influences
We're in love with the pop, where and whenever it's from; we're always influenced as writers and musicians by whatever we've just been listening to. Lately, that's been a steady diet of Squeeze, Nick Lowe, Rockpile, The Lovin' Spoonful, and The La's. We never travel far without a LOT of Big Star, The Beatles, Wilco, Elvis Costello, Something/Anything-era Todd Rundgren, The Byrds, The Beach Boys, and Old '97's. The newly remastered Sly catalog is getting airplay in the road mobile, as is Dusty in Memphis, Live at Leeds, Elliot Smith's masterful XO, and a thousand other CD's scattered like little melodic jewels across the carpet of the van.
Sounds Like
Pure pop for now people. Singles! Short songs, catchy melodies, loads of harmonies, and a beat you can dance to. If you can't dig that...well...your taste is not our problem.
We're 4 friends who've been playing in bands for a long time, and we've been starving to death ever since...You can contact us for booking at: vinylstrangers@yahoo.com
Chattanooga you say? In one of my favorite towns you say? On my off day you say? At what I've heard people say is a cool place I haven't been to yet? I'm as good as in (hopefully). Yay!
Yeah guys, we love the Winter Sounds. They are close friends of our too. Thanks for checking out Indie on the Move. I would love to have your input on clubs and ratings once we get things launched. In the meantime have a wonderful 4th of July. Talk to you soon.

The secrets out! Good vocal harmonies make the best music, surprisingly few people get it but clearly you're not strangers to John, Paul & George. later, Lloyd
Your music makes me happy like when I heard the Turtles or Manfred Man or Hermans Hermits when I was a teenager. Thanks for the good stuff, love the harmony singing.
