About The Virgo Intacta

The Virgo Intacta are a 3-girl/1-boy/no guitars jazz-punk band fom sunny Leigh-on-sea, Essex. They have 3 7" singles out, Petunia Frenzy, Sad little no 1 and New friends Better/Junk Girls. The band supported the WHITE STRIPES on the London leg of their 2005 UK tour at Hammersmith Apollo and Ally Pally. Also supported BABYSHAMBLES at The Rhythm Factory earlier this year. They have had 2 XFM sessions with John Kennedy and one for Gideon Coe on 6 Music. The New Friends Better music video can be seen on MTV2 and you can experience the band at various London venues such as Oxford Street's 100 Club/Hoxton bar/The Rhythm Factory.
