Oh my god, my Kids are my interest. They are the next phenomenon--watch out. They can sing, act, dance, model and rap. You thought that the Jackson 5 did it all---so can mine. Call me a proud mommy or what!! My other love is Spoken word, performing, emceeing, and hosting. I completely love getting on the stage. I want to perform with Anthony Hamilton again. That was mad love, not to mention he gave a sista props on the lyrics.

My hero is my mother. I also admire anyone who is able to achieve their dreams. In todays society people give up easily so if someone has the ability to stick it out and not give up, they have become my HERO!!!
Donalja "The Voiceness" James is the poetic powerhouse of the duo Blazzin Ice. Current co-host for the Jus Blaze Radio show this sista packs power as she tackles issues of domestic violence, incest, rape and empowerment. She has graced stages with Omar Tyree, Anthony Hamilton, LYFE Jennings, and was a voice for the group Infinity (Fantasia Barrino's brothers). Although her voice is one that soothes the soul she still melts hearts with words of encouragement.
In addition to her endeavors in poetry, Ms. James is the proud mother of four beautiful children.
Who I'd like to meet: Like minded individuals who understand that poetry is the nucleus of the world. I long to meet writers who are willing to walk in the essence of Langston Hughes and Gwendolyn Brooks. I long to share poetical sonnets, short stories and life learned lessons.
