Vaughn vonHodad "EXPLODED ONTO THE SCENE" (big recording industry jargon for "was born") in 1961 at Ft. Collins, Colorado.. just a stones' throw away from hometown of the " highest" band in surfing music, USA's The ASTRONAUTS. He had, at an early age, developed his inate abilities in mechanics and art while Kustomizing everything he owned. He'd also displayed a genuine interest in becoming a real Astronaut. It was'nt untill age seven, when he taught himself to play "WIPE OUT" on his very first "SILVERTONE" electric guitar, that the REAL STORY begins......
