Jordi Llaurens Ynesta (W.S.M) was born on the 8th of October in 1972, in Gracia, Barcelona.
He’s played the harmonica since he was nine, the guitar since he was sixteen, and started his professional career as a bass player at the age of 19.
Up until today he has shared his blues with musicians and bands such as:

He has had the opportunity to share great moments of blues, and meet people like: Alex Napier, Jerry Portnoy, John Hammond, Taj Mahal, Shemeka Copeland, Johnny B. The Walking Stick Man is also the Artistic Director of Fressa Blues Festival.

"CARAVAN BLUES" was recorded after a seven month road trip in his motor home, searching for the blues in Europe. He was able to reunite Lluis Coloma on the piano, Little Jordi on the harmonicas, Marc Ruiz on the drums, and Balta Bordoy as the guest guitarist, to record in a studio in England (which happened to belong to the conductor of the Henry Mancini Orchestra) in November 2005.
"UNDERCOVER BLUES" is The Walking Stick Mans latest recording in the form of a double cd. Part 1 was recorded at Rosaazul Studios with the band and Part II is a live recording of The Walking Stick Man alone at The Honky Tonk Blues Bar in Barcelona 2008.
