WARBREED is a five-piece band from Argentina that plays time-honoured ear-shattering Melodic Death Metal.
CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A WORLD-WIDE LABEL
Warbreed started back in late 2003. The idea was to do something different: Swedish-style Melodic Death Metal with a special lyrical concept, i.e. History, War and, especially, WWII.
But don..t get us wrong: Warbreed is an apolitical, unbiased band. They feel no sympathy whatsoever for any kind of ideology based on intolerance, whether Nazism, Neo-Nazism, Zionism, Fundamentalism, Ethnocentrism or any other such movement involving feelings of hatred towards others or the readiness to violate Human Rights, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The interest of the band is genuinely historical and solely for entertainment purposes. (For further information, see the Disclaimer at the Official Battlefield).

2003 - Sergio F. Ribnikov (guitars & vocals) and Guillermo C. (vocals) found Warbreed. 2004/5 - Pablo Lurbe (bass), Nicolás Ghiglione (drums) and Diego Conte (guitars) join the band. 2006 - January. "So Cry Havoc..." is released. 2006 - May. First show live, together with Sorgsen, Anomalía & Mastifal. 2006 - July. Nicolás Ghiglione leaves the band. Mauro Frison becomes the new drummer. 2007 - March. The recording of "History Undone" starts. 2007 - March. Pablo Lurbe leaves the band. 2007 - April. Pablo Lescano joins the band as guest bass-player. 2007 - July. Pablo Lescano becomes full member. 2008- April. The single “…And Release the Dogs of War” is released. 2008- May. “History Undone” is released in Argentina through Blackstar C.P.
We are currently looking for a worldwide record label to release "History Undone" outside Argentina.
