8pm-1am, £5
THE WASHING LINE is a monthly party at The Constitution in Camden, founded to showcase the best in new electronica and left-of-centre club gear, with an emphasis on live performance and a privileging of eccentricity over virtually all else.
For our inaugural outing in December 2007, we were joined by Hackney dubstep iconocolast Bass Clef and tape-looping space case Sculpture.
Our second bash was graced with a brain-melting live performances from the wonderful Shackleton (Skull Disco) and Patten
Round three was headed up by Bok Bok + Manara (Faggatronix), with support from Con Brio.; round round four was a vertiable rout by the italo-pop geniuses Heartbreak, with Horton Jupiter on the 1s and 2s.
Round four was headlined by DETACHMENTS (ThisIsNotAnExit) and for our nex party, on Saturday 2nd August, we welcome none other than APPLEBLIM (Skull Disco / Apple Pips) and RICHARD CARNAGE (TAPE)
..with a max capacity of around 60, make sure you arrive early to catch these boys in action!
If you want to play at The Washing Line and think we might like what you do, or for any information pertaining to the night, please e-mail kiran.sande@gmail.com or paul@lazerboy.co.uk.
