About me:

Who says an old dog can’t learn new tricks?  Discover how this 55 year old woman uses the Law of Attraction and Web 2.0 Technology explodes her earnings in just 8 months by more than 1500%!  And this is just the tip of the iceberg…....

Let me share with you how I got to where I am.  It was an unusual route, filled with ups and downs but in the end I finally cracked the code and learned the secret to building a successful online business. ....

But before I go any further, I want you to know that I really don’t think of myself as an old dog, but you may think 55 is ancient.  For me, I am just getting started and life is getting better and better every single day.  So let me share with you my journey from one just of my corporate escapades to the constant rejection, failure and heavy financial investments without the returns in multi-level marketing and on to where I am today.  Are you feeling the rhythm yet?

I am now living my dream of creating multiple sources of income without having to leave the comfort of my home – I can work in my PJs -- while running my own limited company and building incredible relationships with people around the world.  In doing all this I took virtually no risk and recouped 100% of my initial investment within weeks.

If you would like to know more read on........

Introduction....

My name is Susan Bagyura and I am 55 years young.  I was born in Middle America, in ....Michigan...., and have 4 brothers and sisters.  I was smack dab in the middle.  Anyway, I guess we did things backwards because our story is from riches to rags!  My grandfather made his millions in the paper industry and after he died, my father took over the business.  My father wasn’t a businessman; he was a military man and I still remember him saying that he didn’t have a manual.  He just didn’t know how to run a business.....

By the time that I was 11, my father lost the company, the family mansion and everything else.  We moved from a 14 room house to a 3-bedroom duplex.  It was quite a shock to all of us which had a devastating impact for years.  My father never really recovered from that and unfortunately whatever knowledge my grandfather had about earning money was never passed on.  ....

I just realized things happened for me in 15 year cycles! But more about that later…....

Back when I was 25 years old, a really significant thing happened that completely changed the course of my life.  The catalyst for the change was an accident.  One summer night I met up with a friend of mine at the Faneuil Hall Marketplace in ....Boston....; otherwise known at the time as the Bermuda Triangle and for good reason because when you went in, you never knew when you were coming out again.....

While in one of the bars, we met a couple of guys and the one that I was attracted to by coincidence lived in the same apartment complex that I lived in.  As the evening went on, my girlfriend reminded me that I needed to leave in order to catch the last subway home.  However, the new attraction offered to give me a lift home so I continued to enjoy myself.....

Later when we went out, I then realized that his transport was a motorcycle and he only had one helmet.  I got on the thing justifying to myself that it was only a mile or so to get home.  Everything was going just fine until we were half way home and then an old man, wearing glasses with very thick lenses, leaving the local Dunkin’ Donuts pulled right out in front of us.  ....

Upon impact, I flipped up over the motorcycle, over the car and hit the pavement, taking a few more rolls along the way before coming to a stop.  I was extremely lucky in that I didn’t have any head injuries.  I had a gash in my knee and I banged one of my front teeth.....

As a result I was laid up on my back for 3 weeks.  I suddenly realized that I was living the Cinderella fantasy meaning that I was clocking time waiting for Prince Charming to come along and take me away from everything.  It was right there and then that I decided that my life was my life and if I was going to be working, then I was going to earn as much as I possibly could.  I made the decision to be fully responsible for my life and what I was creating.  My thought was as soon as I was back up and around on my own 2 feet that I was going to make some big changes.....

At the time I was working as a paralegal in a law firm.  This was actually a glorified title as it seemed I did more typing than research - and I was only earning $10,000 a year, struggling to make ends meet.  It wasn’t satisfying to me and I certainly didn’t feel appreciated for my commitment and work.  I decided that I was going to go into sales, even though the idea scared me whenever I thought of it.....

I went back to work and handed in my resignation giving them a month’s notice.  They did try to convince me to stay on, offering me more money and other perks, but I was determined to make changes and refused the offers.  I then tried to find someone that would hire me as a salesperson.....

It was quite a challenge and there were times when I felt like giving up, but I reminded myself that I must look forward – not backwards.  Finally I found a company that was willing to hire me.  It was a little independent dealership that sold calculators and copiers.  They gave me a small salary, which was half of my previously small salary, and the offer of commissions based on my sales.  After a week of sales/product training I was turned out to my territory.....

I was so young and innocent at the time.  I had the idea that if I went into businesses and was my usual sweet and nice self, people would buy from me.  I remember my first cold call (yes, I did them in those days and I even did them in person!).  I was in a business park and walked into a small company.  When I identified myself and asked to speak to the person that purchased the office equipment, the receptionist immediately tore into me and asked me ‘Who do you think you are to just walk into here?’  She said several other things that I don’t even remember and then told me to leave.....

I was devastated!  I felt so small and insignificant.  I went out and got into my car and drove up and down the highway, crying my eyes out.  I was shattered and didn’t know what I was going to do.  As I ran the few options through my mind, I knew I could not go back to what I was doing before so in my mind I only had one choice.  Most immediately, I had to go cold call another company.  ....

However, 2 other things were abundantly clear:  I was poorly equipped to do my new job properly and I needed more information/education.  Part of my education came from doing things and then making adjustments based on the results.  But the biggest thing was that I had to learn and I had to learn very quickly.  I was earning very little and needed to generate more income – fast.....

I studied the top salesman in the company.  He wasn’t around much, but whenever he spoke at a sales meeting, I immediately put his advice into effect and got results.  I also talked to other people that were selling in other industries to find out what they were doing and applied what I could to my business.....

Then by sheer luck, one day someone told me about the book Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.  This book had such a profound effect on me which has lasted for decades.  It was this book that started me on my self-development journey which I see as a life-long process.....

I am amazed when I look at some people that have stopped their education at whatever level they left school.  To me, the education that one receives from school, including university, is just the foundation.  There is so much more to learn; particularly about oneself.  I have found that the more I know about me; the better I do in life.  Also, the more I know about me, the more I know about you.  When I am focused on improving me, I don’t have any time at all to criticize, condemn or complain about anything or anyone else.....

(To this very day, every single day, I spend at least an hour just working on improving myself.)....

Anyway, back to my story.  I started attending seminars, like Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy (one of my heroes), Dale Carnegie (I still have that little Golden Book), Chester Karrass and many more.  Not only did I attend those seminars, I brought people along with me that I saw something in and knew that they would benefit from those seminars.  I purchased the tapes, books (and in recent years CDs) – whatever they had to sell because I knew the more that I knew, the stronger I would be.  This was 30 years ago and I am sure that I was in a very small percentile of people that was spending money on developing me.....

Well, I went on to be the top salesperson in that copier/calculator company and I was always in the top in all the other companies that I ever worked.  The only times I wasn’t number 1 was where people had the house accounts, but if you looked at who was number 1 for new business and commercials accounts, that’s where you would find me.  I made millions of dollars for other people.  I was selling in the high tech industry and usually at the cutting edge of things which really means the bleeding edge.  I had to educate everyone in order to sell them.  ....

For 5 years, I worked for a systems integrator selling, installing and support local area and wide area networks.  Hundreds of components from a variety of manufacturers would go into putting together a large system running mission critical business systems.  You had to have it right or there was a lot to lose for everyone.  The old days of just having email on the PC networks were gone.....

Then a big company, traded on the American and ....Amsterdam.... stock exchanges, purchased the small systems integration company where I was working.  I got a big promotion to National Sales Manager with a fat salary and lots of perks.  I was still based in ....Boston...., working directly for corporate flying around the States selling to their client base which were 85 of the Fortune 100.  ....

Then I got a phone call from my old boss.  It seems that after me being out of my old job/ territory for the networking group for 6 months, they were falling apart.  The guy that sold his integration business to the large company was still running the group, but they were putting pressure on him because of the losses.....

He asked me to give up my promotion and come back to working for him.  He told me he would make me Regional Manager (I was currently the National Sales Manager--downgrade) and pay me an override on all the sales that was good (but I would have to split with the guy running the ....Connecticut.... office – that’s another story for another time).  But then he worked on my heart strings.  He named 10 people that would lose their jobs if I didn’t do this because they would be laid off.  Now I knew these people.  I knew their families.  If he hadn’t told me that, I wouldn’t have done it.  But I did.....

This was in October and he needed another $1,000,000 in sales before the end of the year.  I came back and got him $2,000,000 in sales.  So here I am, selling in a territory and managing 6 other salespeople, doing all the interfacing with the technical support staff and the small sales administrative staff.  I saved everyone’s bacon.....

I am not going to surprise you when I say that I was up at 4:30 a.m., in the office by 6:00 a.m. and leave the office between 9:00 and 11:00 p.m. at night.  I was sleeping between 4 and 4.5 hours a night.  If that wasn’t enough, I also worked on the weekends, but I would go into the office later like around 9 or 10 a.m. and work until 7 p.m.  I would meet with clients, do follow up and prospecting calls during the day, and then during the night I had to put together detailed proposals laying out not only the costs, but also how this system was going to meet their requirements.  Further I had to read technical journals and magazines, financial magazines and current events so that I would be aware of what was happening in the industry, the economy or the business environment. It was a demanding job, and always too much to do.  Basically, without really realizing it, I was giving my life up for this company.....

The Start Of The Next 15 Year Cycle – Yikes I’m 40 Now!....

The ‘new’ company fired the former owner and life went on.  That year, I hit my personal quota by May (ending the year at 208% of quota) and focused on getting my people up to quota.  Throughout the year, the top 3 spaces in the whole company were occupied by me (#1 out of 125 reps) and two members of my team.  Two other guys from my team were also in the top 10.  All the hard work was paying off.  ....

I hardly ever took a holiday but in November of that year, I had planned a trip to ..Australia.. and ....New Zealand.....  My previous boyfriend and I had planned to do this, but even though we had split up, I saw no reason why I should dump the holiday idea.  It was during this trip that the Universe in its most magical way brought to me the man of my dreams -- well actually, even better than my dreams.   We met on holidays in ....Australia...., but we lived on 2 separate continents – 16 flying hours apart.  I flew over to visit him for Christmas.  By then, I was definitely out of vacation time and madly in love.  ....

In March, we flew to ....Arizona.... for the President’s Club holiday.  It was an excellent experience and so thrilling to be sitting to the right of the Chairman of the Board, with my new, gorgeous, amazing man on my other side, and having my 2 best salesmen and their wives at the same table.  The year before, my group had a target of $9,000,000 and we ended the year with $11,000,000.....

....And do you know what my reward was for that?  ....

The bubble burst when I got back home.  First the VP that was running the division didn’t like it that I didn’t spend more boot-licking time at Quota Club.  I guess he had forgotten what it was like to be in love!  Second, he lowered the boom and gave us a new compensation program and quota.  ....

Now he was assigning us a quota of $15,000,000 which was a 35% increase over our over-quota achievement.  Okay, that was one thing. But then he took away my override and basically wanted me managing a team without being paid for it.  No discussion!  Isn’t that crazy?  ....

Then he complained that I wasn’t working as many hours as I used to work and started questioning my commitment.  I can tell you this – that wasn’t the way to get me to renew my commitment.  Anyway, even though I was employed by companies throughout my career, in my mind, I was self-employed.  Each company were just the ones with the right package at the right time.....

At this point, they didn’t have the right package, but I was in a spot.  I had been trying to find a job in ..Europe.. as my man was going to be heading back there.  Even though I had a very strong resume, without a European language, it was a huge challenge to find a job in ..Europe...  I had an amazing offer for a job out in LA which had a package starting at $250K and going up from there – but it was in the wrong direction.  I had to turn it down.....

In the end, they ended up firing me and I had to sue them for the money that they tried to hold back on me.  (I did prevail, but it took 3 years to get it and I had to split the money with the lawyer).  After I left, the division failed and they couldn’t even find a buyer for it.  They had to shut the doors and completely lost their investment.....

The moral of that story is don’t put all your eggs in one basket.  We all have a primary source of income, and I think that this income should come from doing something that you are passionately about, but that is not always the case.  However, no matter what, it is important to have other sources of income so that you don’t get caught out and suddenly find you have nothing coming in and a lot that is supposed to be going out. ....

Living abroad for the last 14 years have been amazing, exciting, interesting, but completely different.   Although I had the ability to earn a good living, I was always tied to a job or a single source of income.  I knew if I wanted greater wealth, I needed to create additional sources of income.  It was while I was living in ....London.... that I was exposed to network marketing (MLM).  It all started when I was at a business networking meeting and a person stood up saying that they were looking for people that had sleep problems.  At the time I was suffering from insomnia so I put in a slip for us to talk.  She came over to my home and was giving me demonstrations of a couple of products.  Very quickly I was having positive reactions.  She then invited me to come to a meeting to see more products and talk to other people that were using them.....

I went there and while there, she gave a presentation on the manufacturer of the products.  Then she said that the company had hired a business coach named Bob Proctor that was coaching the distributors on a weekly basis.  My antenna went up when I heard that.  I had never heard of Bob Proctor before, but I was a certified business coach, working on my own and I wanted to know how he did it.  I like the products and I wanted that coaching, so I signed up as a distributor so I could be on those calls.  It was on those calls that I heard Bob say that he earns money while he is sleeping and I thought ‘Hey, I want that too!’....

Now this network marketing venture was quite an experience for me.  In my past whenever I was going to do something new, I would talk to people that are already doing it, watch them if possible, and learn/copy them.  This was basically what they told me.  I listened to their CDs, read and did a lot of research but everything that they told me to do was wrong.  The way network marketing is still taught today is based on old-fashioned methods that do not work.  The first thing they tell you to do is to make a list of your family and friends so that you can start hammering them to buy.  This is the quickest and surest way to lose your friends and alienate your family!....

It was a strange experience for me in another way.  For years I have been selling to corporates, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and never in that time did anyone ever treat me with suspicion and distrust.  In fact, it was quite the opposite because they viewed me as the expert in the field that I was in.  Those companies may have had questions, wanted more information or expressed doubts if something was going to be right for them, but it never came across as something about me.....

Well that all changed with MLM.  First place, the way that they tell people to do the business is all based on chasing people – there is no attraction to it all.  In some ways, it is even deceptive.  Now I don’t want to say that there aren’t good products out there or good companies, because there are.  It is the methods that they show people to build a business that is wrong.  This is one of the main reasons why there is a 97% failure rate.....

Just last week I received a coaching email from someone that has signed up with the same network marketing company and she was told to make a list of 200 friends and family.  My response is ‘Leave your Uncle Bob alone!’  They want new recruits to put together those lists because it gives them the access to potential new business without having to buy leads.  When the upline teaches people how to do business like this, they are not invested in your success.  Maybe these tactics worked 20 or 30 years ago, but they sure don’t work now.....

I wasted a good year trying to make this strategy work.  I had made a significant investment in the products, approximately $8,000, but at least I had the benefit of using them.  However I was really disheartened.  I felt completely out of my element and didn’t know what I was doing wrong.  My upline were very nice and were successful with the company and had this way of conveying ‘hmmh, what’s wrong with you that you can’t do it?’  It was at the end that I found out that the people that were having success either purchased their MLM businesses or had a downline from other MLM companies that they brought over to this one.  Not that I was looking for excuses.  I wanted success.

I knew that network marketing, whether online or offline, is an excellent way to generate multiple streams of income and create.  But everything I was being told or taught was to chase people and in fact chasing that people that didn’t even have an interest in this.

People want to buy things, but they don’t want to be sold.  People want to have a relationship with someone – they want to be valued and understood before they make a decision.  There is so much information available now that people want to have a chance to see, touch and feel before they make a full commitment.  When someone looks at what they can do FOR someone, without any strings, then doing business is quite different.

Everything fell neatly into place when I met someone named Robert.  His first question   to me completely rocked my world.  He asked ‘Are you a seeker or an attractor?’  The second he said that question, a light bulb went off.  I knew then that I had met someone that knew what I was doing wrong and was going to help me turn things around and that is exactly what happened.  Robert gave me massive use value, sharing knowledge and help with me; and then offered me the opportunity to master mind with some of the top Internet marketers in the world.

The absolute best part about this is we all share the same philosophy.  It isn’t about getting people to do something; it is all about creating value, honoring people for who they are and empowering them to go on and create the life of their dreams.  As my mentor DK puts it, he is in the business of transforming people.  And speaking of DK, he is 29 years old but has the spirit, knowledge, and foresight of an 80 year old guru.  He is an amazing leader and is continually helping us all improve ourselves and create excellence.  His tag line is ‘no one left behind’.

Here’s what I learned.  If you want to get rich, these things do not work:

     1)       Just relying on being a good, honest worker.  No matter how hard you work, how long you work, or how well you do your work - that was yesterday and some people don’t have a problem chucking you out. ....

     2)       Unless and until you build a business empire, being a small business owner is harder work and pays less than working for someone else.  If you have read Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, you will know that without a doubt, this is the worst income earning strategy.....

     3)       Hopping from one thing to the next without taking the time to learn (and to learn from the best).  The world is changing very quickly these days and there is a lot to learn and things must be done in a certain way.  If someone is flitting from one get rich scheme to the next, they will not succeed. ....

     4)       Taking advantage of people – more or less, hoodwinking them or any other deceptive type action.  It isn’t about twisting arms; it’s about mindset.....

Now I take everything that I know from my corporate days along with my coaching and consulting experience and MLM, team it up with the new value and I show people how they can attract free, targeted leads to their business.  So instead of trying to get someone to do something that they don’t want to do, it is so much better to spend time talking to people that are interested in what you are doing and want to know more.....

Here’s the bottom line!....

If you are like me -- sick and tired of false hope, endless rejection, motivational seminars that pump you up and then let you down or hearing so-called leaders dishing out the same tired old advice then what I know can help you to make the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.

I can show you how to get endless free leads chasing you daily by using nothing more than free social networking sites like MySpace and You Tube. I can teach you how to build your own massive opt in list, use data capture to attract the right prospects for your business and how to replace your income long before you have time to build a stable downline.

I can introduce you to many people who are where you want to be so that you can start to change your old ‘employee’ mind-set to that of a successful internet entrepreneur and true leader. We can mastermind together, work on some ‘Joint Ventures’ and focus on creating real wealth instead of paying our MLMs for the privilege of being their unpaid sales force.

So if you want to get a chance to experience me and my approach before you fill in any application, send me your email address and I will invite you to join my Sunday coaching group.

Then, if you like what I have to say, we can take it from there. You can decide whether to join any of the programs I promote and derive income from so that you too can begin to develop your own multiple income streams and build your warm prospect list.

Another option is to call me on 1 617 297 2750 or Skype me on bluedanubecoaching. You can simply message me here on MySpace. But I must tell you that the people in my coaching group get my priority attention so if I don’t get back to you straight away, please be patient.....

Who I'd like to meet:

....
I know my environment and who I associate with are fundamental so I only spend time with people who are already successful or people who are serious about learning how to become successful online.

If you are not yet making the kind of money that you would like to and you are ready to take your online business to the next level then I want to hear from you. But you must prove to me that you understand the meaning of value and demonstrate your willingness to invest in your own learning and earning potential.

Just don't bother to get in touch with me if you want to pitch me your 'guaranteed to earn money fast' scheme or moan and tell me how bad everything is for you.

I love to help people who are willing to make the effort to help themselves but I am not here to join anything or make money for anyone - I'm here to teach people how to make money for themselves.

So if you are still convinced that your opportunity or product is the best and that you're going to replace your earned income by working through your 100 list then pitching as many complete strangers as you can then I wish you luck. And I can assure you that I am not the person you are looking for.
