Going to the beach (with loooads of sunscreen on, of course..... I'm a redhead so I get a new freckle every time I walk outside), making movies (usually with my dad), playing soccer, eating ice cream (chocolate chip mint is my all-time favorite), listening to music (Sasha's been introducing me to her favorite bands lately), vintage shopping (miss you, Gretch) and hanging out with friends.
Music
First and foremost, The Hedon. Those guys are going to be HUGE, trust me. Especially that Johnny Lane. Sasha's also got me listening to: The Shins, Rogue Wave, Shout Out Louds, Modest Mouse, Wilco, Pinback, Patty Smith, Elvis Costello, The Sugarcubes, The Pixies, The Cars, Yo La Tengo, Nick Drake, The Walkmen, Joy Division, The Replacements, The Pretenders, Arcade Fire, Apples in Stereo, Built To Spill, REM, David Bowie, Sonic Youth, Guided By Voices, The Velvet Underground, The Flaming Lips, Leonard Cohen, Teenage Fanclub, My Bloody Valentine, The Ramones.
Movies
I guess I should point out that my dad is a documentary filmmaker. Which sort of explains why I'm such a movie geek. Not every 15 yr. old living in suburban New Jersey has seen Francois Truffaut's "Small Change," "Breathless" and "The 400 Blows." I also love: "The Philadelphia Story," "The Big Sleep," "Rear Window," "Chinatown," "Petulia," "Sullivan's Travels," "Mon Oncle," "Annie Hall," "Rushmore" and "Bottle Rocket." Oh, and "Sixteen Candles" and "Bring It On." (Sorry, dad.)
Television
I know this sounds CRAZY, but we actually don’t have cable in the Miller Household. Meaning there's not a lot of TV watching going on. In case you're wondering what I do with my free time, see Interests, Music, Movies above.
Books
"Franny and Zooey," "Pride and Prejudice," the "Harry Potter" books, "One Hundred Years of Solitude," the "Nancy Drew" books, "Max Makes A Million," "To Kill A Mockingbird."
Heroes
Even though we don’t always get along, I think it’s really cool that my mom is into saving the environment. She is single handedly cleaning up the Garden State, one toxic landfill at a time.
About me: Hi, I'm Haley. My family just moved to the east coast from Marin County, California, and now we live in Hillsdale, New Jersey. Which is actually... not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I still miss California, and I can't claim full-fledged Jersey Girl status yet, but I have to say I sort of like it here. We have a cute house with a yard and a white picket fence, not to mention the most adorably perfect neighbors. (Reese Highland was reason alone to move cross-country, if you know what I mean. Just don't tell him I said that.) I'm in public school for the first time in my life, so I've met some... how shall I say this?... interesting people in my classes, from Irene and Shaun, to Annie, Dave and Sebastian, to Sasha and Johnny Lane. And let's not forget Coco De Clerq, Whitney Klein and Spencer Eaton, who are basically Hillsdale High royalty. If only my little brother Mitchell would stop acting so strangely, I might actually be able to say my life is complete. Imagine that.

Hey! Okay so i'm addicted to the what if books. i got the 3rd one as a gift from my friend for christmas so that was the first one i read. then i read the 4th one then the second. and i need to get the first one before i explode because these books are AMAZING. because i read them all in like 2 hours tops without putting it down. i read each one like 4 times (seriously} and when i found the myspace i started laughing because i thought it was a really good idea. But i just wanna say i love the books, thanks for writing something so amazing :) cant wait to read the next ones, (they come in summer 08 right) happy new year.
oh, then, hi liz :]! unfortunately, i haven't read all of them yet [i thought there were more than three? lol w/e], but i'm trying to. i really like reese, he's pretty cool :].
This might be just a little too private to write about, but I just got to, Size really does matter to all girls, I have proof. Ok so just a little heads up here, my best friend Pete has been getting all the girls all of a sudden after he has not had a girlfriend in the past 2 years. I asked him if he is hypnotizing them or something so he told me his little secret. He has been taking these enlarger pills they made his tiny thing grow almost double the size it was in about 2 months and he says it is still getting bigger. I thought he was joking around so I investigated a little bit and sure enough I found six bottles of the these pills under his bed and to top that off, his 2 brothers are now taking them too, I don't know, but I am thinking now of buying them for Devon, I know it sounds shallow but after seeing the results, it is hard to not do it. ya'll HAVE to try these out. click here to go check it out .. i promise yah it's such a huge turn-on!
