What are we?
The Where?house is a post-war factory unit behind Tottenham Hale station in London N17. It is comprised of two large rooms with a stage in each room over an area of about 4000 sq/ft. Our sole purpose is providing a space that can be used for rehearsal and recording, filming or exhibiting, to a standard that is not found in traditional rehearsal spaces/studios.
Its 12ft high ceilings and incredible light in the daytime from its huge panorama of windows are made even more spectacular by 2 huge skylights.
The space can be hired for a variety of different purposes: It is a very large and unusual rehearsal/recording space allowing bands to rehearse and record together with a really 'live' atmosphere from the large stage (We have full 48 track Digital Recording) as well as for photoshoots and exhibitions.

Static Rain is a 2 piece band from the beautiful Yorkshire town of Keighley. Band members Tony Garthwaite and Jacob Barlow formed the band in 2008, driven by a joint passion for both electronic music and retro synths. The music they produce can be described as electronic pop with catchy choruses and memorable riffs that are prominent in all of their songs, making them popular with a very wide audience.
Following their initial success on MySpace, Static Rain continues to build a solid fan base and a strong reputation as a live act. The band is currently looking for gigs from June 09 onwards throughout the whole of the UK.
