Jonathan Sarty was born and raised on the Maine/ New Hampshire line. With his powerful baritone and solid guitarwork Jonathan captures the fundamental truism of folk music while blazing into a well mixed and methodical blend of traditionals, rock, gospel swing, and honky tonk. His original material consists of innovative and unique chord progressions accompanied by lyrics which speak with certainty and clarity symbioticly with a voice which is strong and clear. Jonathan is known to grab a harmonica in many keys pulling on your ears with the rhythm of a steam locomotive. Simple and clean, straight and true Jonathan brings it home to you.

Sir Pinkerton has vitality, skill ,and is the backbone of the group. Among his various skills are electric bass, drums, acoustic guitar, vocals, and the standup acoustic bass.
GUITAR / MANDOLIN / BACKUP VOCALS
Joshua Ramsey drives the band with his electric guitar wailings and enthousiasm. Known also for his pickin' on the mandolin, Josh strings together these boys with the attack of a steam locomotive bearing down the tracks.

The White Mountain Boys consist of three players... Singer/songwriter/guitarist Jonathan Sarty, bassist/drummer Gilles Dupart AKA Pinkerton, and guitarist/mandolinist Joshua Ramsey.
Singer Songwriter Jonathan Sarty a native of New England has been writing and recording his own material since the early nineties playing and singing in a style inspired by Gram Parsons, Bob Dylan, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Emmy Lou, Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Al Jolson, Tom Waits, and other greats. Yet mainly Jonathan Sarty sounds and plays like Jonathan Sarty.
Bassist Gilles (Pinkerton) Dupart is a Hollywood born musical phenomenon with a large pallet of skills which have been essential to the duos survival and a key to supplying the inspiration and drive to keep the group on track.
Guitarist Joshua Ramsey met the Boys out in Hollywood, CA. After a brief stint as a Truckin' Man, Josh found his true calling as the fast picker in the White Mountain Boys.
